I ONLY NEED A FEW HOURS ASSISTANCE ON AN ADHOC BASIS, DO YOU PROVIDE SUCH A SERVICE?

Absolutely. I ask for a minimum booking of 2 hours a week, this may be a one off or just for one month.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR LAST-MINUTE TASKS?

I only charge per agreed hour or task basis. There may be a surcharge if needed within 24 hours.

WHY DOES THE HOURLY RATE SEEM HIGHER THAN AN EMPLOYEE?

Just remember you are not paying me PAYE, NI, Sickness, Holiday pay, travel, insurance, pension the list goes on and on top of that you have my specific expertise and support.

DO YOU OFFER OTHER SERVICES THAN THOSE LISTED?

I say just ask -
if I can I will. I like to be completely honest with my clients.

HOW DO I KEEP A TRACK ON WHAT HAS BEEN COMPLETED?

I use time management apps that allow you to tracks hours worked on your projects or tasks. I use secure cloud systems to share your documents or requests.
